After suffering from a Traumatic Brain Injury I realized there was no help out there for people to figure out how to thrive again their lives. So I set out on my own healing journey to not only learn how to deal with this massive life shaking event but to thrive again no matter what.

Once I made it I realized that what I had learned could help others in their own TBI journeys. This course is a distillation of the principles and practices I learned along the way that not only helped me survive but to thrive. It can help you do the same.

A Holistic Approach to Healing Traumatic Brain Injury


This program teaches you an integrative holistic approach that addresses all aspects of yourself ... physical, emotional, mental and spiritual … that provides optimally healing potential. You will learn and apply the following to create renewed well-being.

  • Nutrition

    We all have the ability to heal ourselves and with proper guidance, we are able to do this. The foundation of health is in what you feed your body, what you eat on a regular basis, the quality of water you drink as well as the emotions you feel, the people you surround yourself with, the environment you live in, the air you breathe.

  • Lifestyle

    Everything plays a role in overall vitality and health and each aspect of this needs to be addressed to bring the inner into a state of coherence with peace, joy, love, presence and gratitude.

  • Mindfullness

    Mindfulness practices can help us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind.

  • Spirituality

    Spirituality involves the recognition of a feeling or sense or belief that there is something greater than myself, and that the greater whole of which we are part is cosmic or divine in nature. Spirituality is linked to many important aspects of human behavior; spiritual people have positive relationships, higher self-esteem, are more optimistic, and follow a strong purpose in life.
